Fuel filters

Due to the air moisture and its condensation in fuel tanks, there is always a small amount of water in the fuel. Among the methods used for separating water from fuel is the use of water separating filters. Materials used in such filters are effective in absorbing water from the fuel.

Taking into account fuel injector hole sizes and to protect them from wearing, and to reduce the amount of solid residues resulting from combustion on engine cylinder walls and pistons, choosing the paper to be used in fuel filters requires special attention. In addition, using appropriate washers based on the fluid type, choosing the right adhesive and carefully manufacturing the filtration medium are very important for achieving desirable filtration.

Diesel fuel is the most used fuel for heavy vehicles. To make sure of the proper combustion of the fuel, moisture and pollutants have to be filtered out of it. To achieve this, we choose high-quality water-separating materials for the primary parts of our fuel filters and use paper with proper pore size for the secondary parts to produce water-separating diesel fuel filters with the right technical specifications.
